5 Months!

The girls are 5 months old now!

Sunday in the Park with Twins

Easter Sunday was a spectacular day. The sun was shining brightly but there was still a cool breeze in the air... my idea of pleasant and invigorating weather. We took the whole family out for a walk to a small park in the neighborhood. Cody came with us, too, but he was contented to just bark at the local squirrel population while we played with Maddie and Lizzy on the swing set.

The girls are getting so much stronger and able to hold themselves up pretty well now. They fit into the tiny swing back to back with room to spare. Madeline positioned herself on the edge with a great view of the surroundings while Elizabeth seemed to prefer more of a laid back approach.




We spent a while playing around on the swings and enjoying a nice, relaxing Sunday in the park. As the weather continues to improve you'll see more of us out and about as we discover lots of fun (and cheap) activities to do with our girls. As always, we uploaded more park photos to the Flickr album.

Oh and just as a reminder to everyone that we will be coming home the first weekend in May. Lizzy and Maddie are very excited to see their grandparents and to meet all sorts of new and friendly faces. For show times and reservations please call the box office ;)

Joan, our daycare provider, had the day off for Good Friday, so Gary and Pop Pop got to stay home with the girls all day (while I had to go to work! Boo!)



I got my cuddles in once I got home though!
